• The Role

We are seeking a high-level, experienced Lead Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about aesthetics and wellness. As the Lead NP, you will not only provide exceptional clinical care but also serve as a mentor and leader within our clinical team. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of safety, artistry, and guest connection.

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Excellence: Perform high-level aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, and wellness protocols with precision and an artistic eye.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a clinical resource and mentor for our growing team (including our RNs and Estheticians), fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Guest Connection: Conduct thorough, heart-centered consultations that focus on the "whole person," ensuring every guest feels empowered in their wellness journey.
• Growth & Strategy: Collaborate directly with the Founder to refine service offerings and maintain our "Mission-First" approach to aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics (Injectables, Lasers, etc.).
• Credentials: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a valid Colorado license.

As a Nurse Practitioner at Halcyon, you will lead the charge in these  primary pillars:

• Aesthetic Mastery: 

• Deliver comprehensive, Full-Face Rejuvenation using neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced medical aesthetics treatments.

• Approach aesthetics strategically—creating thoughtful, long-term treatment plans rather than one-off injections.

• Educate guests on facial balance, skin health, aging prevention, and realistic outcomes.

• Wellness & Longevity: 

• Manage and grow our Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) programs.

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand lifestyle, goals, and overall health.

• Support guests through sustainable, physician-guided wellness protocols designed to improve energy, metabolism, confidence, and quality of life.

• Marketing Collaboration:

At Halcyon, our providers are thought leaders, not just clinicians. This role includes light, authentic participation in marketing and brand growth efforts, such as:

• Contributing to short-form educational content focused on injectables, wellness, and guest education.

• Supporting new service launches, events, and promotional initiatives.

• Helping build trust and credibility through expert-driven education, not sales pressure.

• No influencer energy required—just confidence, clarity, and a willingness to educate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical consultations for both aesthetic and wellness services.

• Create personalized “Transformation Protocols” that may include injectable treatments, wellness therapies, and medical-grade skincare.

• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 weight loss and HRT programs in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with our esthetic, massage, wellness and admin teams to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.

• Confidently recommend retail skincare and post-treatment protocols as part of the total solution.

• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and treatment records.

• Stay current on industry advancements, safety standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Colorado.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics (injectables), HRT, and/or medical weight loss.

• Availability to work 3 days per week + including at least one weekend day).

• Strong clinical judgment with a safety-first mindset.

• Confidence in presenting and prescribing comprehensive treatment plans, including retail skincare and follow-up care.

• Preferred: Experience as a certified laser technician performing treatments such as Q-Switch, Erbium, Long Pulse YAG, and IPL. 

• Preferred: Experience with phlebotomy, including drawing blood for lab work related to HRT and medical weight loss programs.
