Multiple Providers for In-Home Assessments (NP, PA, MD, DO)

House Call Doctors is a rapidly growing, primary care office located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are continuing to expand into Colorado and are seeking multiple providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) to see patients in their home for a one-time wellness exam at the request of their insurance. We have membership in Denver and Boulder. 

Visits will consist of basic vital signs, medication reconciliation, recommending preventive health screenings, some basic point of care testing (i.e. fingerstick A1c) and review of current and previous diagnoses. No medical decision making and no prescribing required!

Very flexible part time schedule-- your schedule will be determined by you!  You can choose how often you want to work, what cities/areas you would like to see patients in, and how many visits you want scheduled for you per day. Very competitive compensation ($90 per completed visit for Affordable Care Act/Marketplace Patients, $105 per completed Medicare visit.)

HCC or risk adjustment coding experience is preferred, but not necessary. Our Medical Director will train interested parties. Training is reimbursed at $50/hour.
